摘 要:为缓解集卡大量排队导致码头拥堵的现象,在考虑闸口通道资源限制的条件下,根据不同时段集卡预约到港量来配置闸口通道数量,以集卡在闸口和堆场平均等待时间最小为目标构建预约优化模型.设计适应度值排序的自适应遗传算法求解模型,并结合码头实例验证预约优化模型和算法的有效性.结果表明,基于闸口资源配置的集卡预约能明显减少集卡在闸口和堆场的排队等待时间,提高码头的通行效率.In order to alleviate the congestion of the wharf caused by a large number of container trucks queuing,considering the resource limitation of the gateway,the number of gateway channels was configured according to the scheduled arrival quantity of container trucks in different periods,and the reservation optimization model was built with the goal of minimizing the average waiting time of container trucks at the gate and the yard.An adaptive genetic algorithm solution model for ranking fitness values was designed,and the validity of the reservation optimization model and algorithm was verified with a dock example.The results show that the reservation of container trucks based on gate resource allocation can significantly reduce the waiting time of container trucks in gates and yards,and improve the traffic efficiency of terminals.
