OTSC吻合夹对难治性消化道出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析难治性消化道出血患者采取OTSC吻合夹治疗的效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法:将2018年1月至2019年12月深圳市第二人民医院收治的消化性溃疡致难治性消化道出血患者58例作为研究对象,采取随机分组的方式将患者划分为观察组及对照组,每组29例。对观察组患者采取OTSC吻合夹进行治疗,对对照组患者采取传统外科手术方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间都明显的比对照组患者更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的急性期止血率均达到了100%。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率较对照组患者显著更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:较传统外科手术治疗方式而言,OTSC吻合夹可以对难治性消化道出血患者起到更加理想的治疗效果,使患者的手术时间、住院时间明显缩短,减少患者术后并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of OTSC anastomosis clip on refractory gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods 58 patients with refractory gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer who were admitted to Shenzhen second people’s hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.OTSC anastomosis clip was used to treat the patients in the observation group and traditional surgery was used to treat the patients in the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The haemostatic rate of both groups reached 100%in acute stage.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgical treatment,OTSC anastomosis clip can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect on refractory gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,such as significantly reduced operation time,hospitalization time and fewer postoperative complications.
