摘  要:通过分析现阶段中医人才培养模式的诸多问题,探讨有效建立现代中医思维模式的人才培养方法。提出应用"PEP"(point entry-progressing,点入渐进式)模式发掘中医古代文献,基于基础中医学校教育、中医临床医生培训、中医学术研究3个层次建立个人学习数据库以培养现代中医思维。"P"(point)指从需要掌握的知识点出发,以学生难以理解的中医语言为检索词,以教材为基点,查阅原文描述,应用现代语言体系翻译解析文献中相应原文含义;"EP"(entry-progressing)指依托古籍文献,以点盖面,贯穿始终,逐渐理解和掌握中医核心理论内容,建立多维度、进阶式中医思维培养模式,逐渐累积中医理论和实践内容,夯实基础。中医思维的进阶性建立过程分为初级阶段(中医理论学习阶段)、中级阶段(临床实践、理论回馈验证阶段)和高级阶段(经验积累与学术总结阶段),最终形成完整的现代中医思维模式。Based on the problems in the current training mode of TCM talents,this paper discusses the effective training method of establishing modern TCM thinking.From the perspective of exploring the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward the method of building personal database by using"point entry progression"mode to cultivate TCM thinking based on the three levels of basic Chinese medicine school education,TCM clinician training and TCM academic research.PEP includes two meanings.The first aspect is the specific learning method,"P"refers to the point,which starts from the knowledge points to be mastered,Students looks up the description of the original text,and applies the modern language system to translate the corresponding original meaning in the literature based on the textbook as the point.It is difficult for students to understand the Chinese medicine language as the retrieval term;EP(entry progress)refers to the point covering the surface,gradually understands and grasps the core of Chinese medicine We should establish a multi-dimensional and advanced thinking mode of TCM,gradually accumulate the theoretical and practical contents of TCM,and lay a solid foundation.Second,it refers to the advanced establishment process of TCM thinking,which is divided into primary stage(TCM theory learning stage),intermediate stage(clinical practice,theory feedback verification stage),advanced stage(experience accumulation and academic summary stage),and finally forms a complete modern TCM thinking.The exploration and research of the training mode provide a reference for the cultivation of talents with TCM thinking under the background of modern TCM education.
