摘　　要：通过深入调研当前成人教育的现状,成人教育学生职业核心能力水平,企业对技能型人才职业能力和实践技能的需求情况,结合区域经济产业规模、特色,分析机电类企业相关职业岗位的分布,了解职业岗位的能力需求,对高职院校成人教育培养模式进行了研究,提出了机电类成人教育学生培养的改革策略。Through in-depth investigation of the current situation of adult education, the level of professional core competence of adult education students, the demand of enterprises for the professional ability and practical skills of skilled talents, combined with the scale and characteristics of regional economic industries, analyze the distribution of relevant professional positions of electromechanical enterprises, understand the ability demand of professional positions, study the training mode of adult education in higher vocational colleges, and put forward the reform strategy of cultivating students by electromechanical adult education.
