摘　　要：目的:分析药物滥用者发生心律失常的相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月至2020年5月安康医院(某强制隔离戒毒所)收治的药物滥用者312例,根据患者入院心电图将其分为心律失常组和窦性心律组,其中心律失常组82例,窦性心律组230例。分析两组年龄、性别、BMI、药物滥用时间、药物滥用类型及合并高血压病与发生心律失常的相关性。结果:性别、药物滥用时间、合并高血压病与药物滥用者发生心律失常显著相关。结论:男性、药物滥用时间长与合并高血压病将导致药物滥用者发生心律失常的危险性增加。Objective:To analyze the risk factors of arrhythmia in drug abusers.Methods:312 cases of drug abusers admitted to Ankang hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the electrocardiogram at admission,the patients were divided into arrhythmia group and sinus rhythm group,including 82 cases of arrhythmia group and 230 cases of sinus rhythm group.The relationship between age,sex,BMI(body mass index),time of substance abuse,type of substance abuse,hypertension and arrhythmia were analyzed.Results:Sex,time of drug abuse and hypertension were significantly correlated with arrhythmia in drug abusers.Conclusion:The risk of arrhythmia is increased in men,drug abusers for a long time and with hypertension.
