摘  要:【目的/意义】具有高度敏感性和刺激性的突发公共卫生事件一旦发生,必将在新媒体平台上迅速传播。事件伴随滋生的谣言问题日趋严重,给事件的合理合法解决带来了巨大挑战。因此,如何对谣言进行有效掌控、有效引导舆论至关重要。【方法/过程】为了研究谣言的动态传播与管控机制,提出一种新的移动传播模型。在该模型中,用户被分为易感用户,传谣用户,怀疑用户,免疫用户和恢复用户5种状态。在状态转化过程中,考虑了个人因素、邻居因素、内容因素和时延因素的影响。为了抑制谣言传播,引入了激励机制,进而提出了基于激励的回溯免疫方法。【结果/结论】在As-level Internet数据集上的仿真结果表明,与目标免疫和熟人免疫相比,基于激励的回溯免疫方法有更少的感染用户和更多的免疫用户,性能更好并且更符合实际。【Purpose/significance】Once a highly sensitive and stimulating public health emergency occurs,it will surely spread rapidly on the new media platform.Increasing rumors with the incident have become increasingly serious,which has brought great challenges to the reasonable and legal settlement of the incident.Therefore,how to effectively control rumors and effectively guide public opinion is very important.【Method/process】In order to study the dynamic spread and control mechanism of rumors,a new mobile propagation model is proposed.In this model,users are divided into five states:susceptible users,rumor users,suspect users,immune users and restore users.In the process of state transition,the effects of personal factors,neighbor factors,content factors and delay factors are considered.In order to suppress the spread of rumors,an incentive mechanism was introduced,and then a retroactive immune method based on incentives was proposed.【Result/conclusion】The simulation results on the As-level Internet dataset show that compared with the target immunity and acquaintance immunity,the incentive-based retrospective immune method has fewer infected users and more immune users,and it is more realistic.
