摘  要:研究对比添加不同诱食剂的成品宠物猫粮的挥发组分对临清狮猫的适口性影响。以鸡肝、牛肝及两者混合后加入焦磷酸盐制作3种诱食剂产品,均匀喷涂在基础猫粮中,进行氨基酸组成和挥发性风味物质分析。结果表明:含有不同诱食剂的猫粮中的谷氨酸和胱氨酸的含量与采食率呈现显著线性相关(P<0.05)。诱食剂处理的猫粮中的挥发性风味物质种类和相对峰面积比例高于对照组。含有不同诱食剂的猫粮中的酸类、酮类及烷烃类物质的相对峰面积比例与适口性具有显著的回归关系(P<0.05)。以牛肝为原料制作的诱食剂具有良好的适口性,并具有良好的挥发性风味物质和呈味氨基酸沉积。The study compares the palatability of linqing lion cats with the volatile components of the finished pet cat food added with different attractants.The chicken liver,beef liver and the mixture of chicken liver and beef liver added pyrophosphate to make three attractant products,sprayed evenly on the basic cat food,and analyzed the amino acid composition and volatile flavor substances.The results showed that the content of glutamic acid and cystine in cat food containing different attractants showed a significant linear correlation with the feed intake rate(P<0.05).The types of volatile flavor substances and the relative peak area ratio in cat food treated with attractants were higher than those in control group.The relative peak area ratios of acids,ketones and alkanes in cat foods containing different attractants had a significant regression relationship with palatability(P<0.05).The attractant made with beef liver as raw material has good palatability,and has good volatile flavor substances and taste amino acid deposition.
