基于现代学徒制的高职药学专业人才培养模式改革探讨

摘　　要：现代学徒制是深化产教融合,推进工学结合、知行合一的有效途径,是进一步完善校企合作育人机制的创新技术技能人才培养模式。本文以高职药学专业现代学徒制人才培养模式改革为研究,就重构专业人才培养方案、课程标准和课程体系、完善课程内容、课程资源和改革教学方法与手段、双导师团队的组建、"多元考核"评价机制建设等方面进行了探讨。Modern apprenticeship system is an effective way to deepen the integration of production and education,promote the combination of work and study and the unity of knowledge and practice.It can further improve Innovative technology and skills talent training model based on the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism.Based on the reform of modern apprenticeship training mode of pharmaceutical specialty in higher Vocational Education,this paper discusses the following aspects such as reconstructing the Professional talents training scheme and Curriculum standard and curriculum system,perfecting curriculum content and curriculum resources,reforming teaching methods and means,formation of the two-tutors team,construction multi-element assessment and evaluation mechanism.
