摘　　要：原深圳图书馆馆长吴晞曾大力倡导“开放、平等、免费”的办馆方针,努力融合现代科技与人文关怀,建立“城市街区24小时自助图书馆系统”,促进“图书馆之城”的建设与发展,为深圳图书馆成为全国公共图书馆界的先行者和引领者做出了重要贡献。文章从访谈者的学生时期和工作时期两个阶段,记录和梳理了我国改革开放初期图书馆学教育的情况,以及深圳图书馆发展的历程。Wu Xi,the former director of Shenzhen Library,proposed library`s policy of"opening to publicity,equal treatment and free service"and synthesized human care and modern technology.He constructed"self-help urban community library system",promoted the construction and development of"city of libraries"and made great contribution to make Shenzhen Library become the pioneer among Chinese public libraries.This article recorded and carded Chinese library education in the early stage of the Reform and Opening and the evolution of Shenzhen Library.
