摘　　要：一问题的提出1653年,一艘荷兰联合东印度公司的快速帆船在驶往日本长崎的途中,于济州岛附近遭遇台风而发生船难,仅有36名船员幸存下来。直到13年后,其中的8名荷兰船员才从朝鲜全罗左水营逃出。在他们出现在日本长崎之后,荷兰联合东印度公司方才知道有船员幸存。船上的书记员亨德里克·哈梅尔(Hendrik Hamel)按照公司的规定,将船难的经过以及船员在朝鲜的经历整理成报告书。该书不久后在荷兰出版,成为欧洲第一本介绍“隐士国”朝鲜的第一手著作。The herring resources along the east coast of Korean Peninsula had ever experienced obvious fluctuations during 1545-1765.Generally speaking,the herring resources were abundant in these years.But the herring fisheries declined obviously from 1670 to 1725.The herring fisheries turned to be prosperous since 1730s.The fluctuation of Herring resources along the west and east Coast of Korea Peninsula were not synchronous during 1545-1765.The most important factors that had impacted the fluctuation of herring resources might be related to the change of ocean currents along the east coast of Korean Peninsula during 1545-1765.
