摘　　要：随着双网挤浆机结构改进和运行性能的不断提升,以西门子S7-1500PLC作为核心控制器,变频器ACS880为传动核心,完成了挤浆机设备的系统控制、同步运行及人机界面HMI的设计。With the continuous improvement of the structure and operation performance of the twin-wire pressure filter,Siemens S7-1500 PLC was used as the core controller and the inverter ACS880 as the driving core.The system control,synchronous operation and human computer interface HMI design of the pressure filter was completed.
