摘  要:在传统的现浇结构中,常规尺寸的现浇楼板多按双向板导荷进行结构的整体计算。对于装配式建筑中采用的预应力单向叠合楼板,出于安全考虑,楼板的支承构件(梁、柱、剪力墙等)多采用包络设计。楼板的支承构件采用包络设计时,将可能造成工程成本上升,但对于工程成本的定量结果尚无统一认识。本文借助实际工程案例,完成框架和剪力墙两种结构形式在不同抗震设防条件、可变荷载等级下的整体计算与配筋量分析,结果表明不同的导荷方式对支承构件总的用钢量影响不大,但是对单个构件的配筋影响较大,可能存在不安全风险,建议楼板支承构件的计算采用包络设计。同时,本文对一些典型地区的桁架钢筋叠合楼板、预应力叠合楼板与现浇楼板的成本组成进行了调研,并对不同地区的叠合楼板与现浇楼板,以及不同叠合楼板之间的造价进行了分析研究,结果表明预应力混凝土带肋叠合板的造价要明显低于桁架钢筋叠合板,如果做到无支撑施工,预应力带肋叠合板的造价有可能低于现浇楼板。In the traditional cast-in-situ structure,the cast-in-situ floor of the conventional size is generally calculated through the two-way plate guide.However,when prestressed one-way composite floor is adopted in the prefabricated building,the supporting members(beams,column,shear walls,etc.)of the floor are mostly calculated by envelope for safety reasons.When envelope design is adopted for supporting members,the engineering cost may increase,but there is no unified understanding of how much the cost increases.With the actual project cases,the overall calculation and reinforcement quantity analysis about the frame structure and the shear wall structure under different seismic fortification conditions and different variable load levels is completed.The results show that the different load guiding modes have little influence on the total amount of reinforcement in the supporting member,but they have distinct influence on the reinforcement of a single member,which may be unsafe.Therefore,the envelope design is recommended for the calculation about supporting members of the floor.At the same time,the cost composition of reinforced truss composite floor,prestressed composite floor and cast-inplace floor in some typical areas are investigated,and the cost of composite floor and cast-in-place floor in different areas,as well as the cost of different composite floor are analyzed.The results show that the cost of prestressed concrete ribbed composite slab is obviously lower than that of reinforced truss composite slab,and if the construction of prestressed concrete ribbed composite slab is unsupported,the cost of prestressed ribbed composite slab may be lower than that of cast-in-situ slab.
