女性抑郁症患者指长波动性不对称的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宁夏汉族女性抑郁症与指长波动性不对称(FA)的关系。方法:采用体质测量法,比较宁夏汉族女性238例(正常对照组122例,抑郁症患者组116例)指长FA(2FA、3FA、4FA、5FA)均值的差异性。结果:宁夏汉族女性正常对照组与抑郁症患者组各指长FA均值均呈现2FA>4FA>3FA>5FA的趋势;抑郁症患者组各指长FA均值均高于正常对照组,2FA、4FA差异有统计学意义;抑郁症患者组2FA、4FA在0.02 mm<FA<0.04 mm及FA≥0.04 mm组的人数百分比与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;抑郁症患者组2FA、4FA均值与年龄/发病年龄无相关性。结论:指长FA(2FA、4FA)可能与宁夏汉族女性抑郁症有关。Objective:To study the relationship between the fluctuating asymmetry(FA)of digit length and depression in women from Ningxia Han nationality.Methods:Anthropometry was used to calculate FA of digit length of 238 individuals(control:122;depression patients:116)and the mean values were compared between them.Results:The results showed the trend as 2FA>4FA>3FA>5FA in both the control and depression patients.The mean values of each FA were higher in patients than those of the control.There were significant differences in 2FA and 4FA between the two groups.The percentage of the number of 2FA and 4FA in 0.02 mm<FA<0.04 mm,FA≥0.04 mm in patient group were higher than those in the control,but no significant relationship was found between the average values of 2FA,4FA and the age/age of onset.Conclusion:FA of digit length(2FA,4FA)is correlated with depression in females of Ningxia Han nationality.
