摘　　要：目的探讨肝囊腺癌的超声诊断价值.方法根据患者超声声像表现,并查阅相关文献,进一步总结肝囊腺癌的超声诊断特点.结果在超声检查中肝囊腺癌有特殊表现,病灶为实性或囊实性混合病灶,囊实比例<1,壁结节多见,一般直径>1.0 cm,且形态多不规则,可与肝囊腺瘤、肝脓肿、肝囊肿及肝包虫病鉴别.结论肝囊腺癌属于少见的肝内肿瘤,超声有助于肝囊腺癌的诊断,对指导临床治疗和改善预后至关重要.Objective To explore the ultrasonic diagnostic value of hepatic cystadenocarcinoma.Method According to the ultrasonographic manifestations of patients and referring to relevant literature,the ultrasonic diagnostic characteristics of hepatic cystadenocarcinoma are further summarized.Results Ultrasound examination of hepatic cystadenocarcinoma has special manifestations.The lesions are solid or mixed solid cystic lesions with capsule/solid ratio less than 1,wall nodules more common,diameters more than 1.0 cm and irregular shapes,which can be distinguished from hepatic cystadenoma,hepatic abscess,hepatic cyst and hepatic echinococcosis.Conclusion Ultrasound is helpful to the diagnosis of hepatic cystadenocarcinoma,and ultrasound doctors should improve their understanding of the disease.
