摘 要:为有效提高胶黏剂的胶合强度,用丙烯酸酯接枝大豆蛋白进行乳液聚合反应,得到丙烯酸酯改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂;采用FT-IR表征产物,考察丙烯酸酯接枝大豆蛋白胶黏剂的固含量、黏度;通过正交试验确定胶黏剂制备、胶合板样板压制的最佳工艺条件.结果表明:改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂固含量为24.0%~27.3%,耐水性明显高于普通大豆蛋白胶;改性胶黏剂最佳制备工艺条件为pH在8.0~8.5,m(大豆蛋白)∶m(水)∶m(马来酸酐)∶m(引发剂)为80∶150∶3∶10,在该配比下胶合强度最好,胶合板的耐水性提高,胶合强度在0.70 MPa以上,均符合国家标准GB/T 9846—2004Ⅱ类胶合板要求;压制胶合板样板的最佳工艺条件为温度120℃、压强1 MPa、压板时间10 min,胶合板性能最佳,胶合强度达到1.12 MPa.In order to use acrylate modified soybean protein for emulsion polymerization to obtain acrylate grafted soybean protein adhesive.The product was characterized via FT-IR,and the solid content and viscosity of acrylate grafted soybean protein adhesive were investigated.The orthogonal experiment determines the best technological conditions for the preparation of adhesives and the pressing of plywood samples.The main findings indicated that the modified soybean protein adhesive has solid content of 24.0%~27.3%,and the water resistance is higher than that of unmodified soybean protein adhesive,m(soybean protein)∶m(water)∶m(maleic anhydride)∶m(initiator)is 80∶150∶3∶10,the best bonding strength under this ratio,and the water resistance of plywood improved well,the glue strength is above 0.70 MPa,and all meet the national standard GB/T 9846—2004 Class II plywood requirements.The best process conditions optimized by orthogonal experiment for the plywood model pressing are temperature 120℃,pressure 1 MPa,and pressing plate time 10 min.The best performance of the plywood is 1.12 MPa.
