摘　　要：新生弱小与资源约束迫使科技新创企业向外寻求资源供给以获得成长所必需的资源。但已有研究大多聚焦资源编排对成长绩效的直接影响,未能从资源与能力共演化视角挖掘资源编排与企业成长之间的内在机理。本文基于资源编排理论从过程与动态视角切入解析资源基础与创业能力的共变情况,建构"资源编排—创业能力—成长绩效"的理论模型,利用探索性案例研究发现,企业成长过程伴随着资源基础与创业能力的共演化,资源编排行动作为重要促因贯穿始终。资源编排及其子过程在企业初创成长期不同阶段所发挥的作用各有侧重,均能够直接或间接驱动企业成长。资源编排通过触发创业能力的形成与提升间接对企业成长形成作用,创业能力是资源编排驱动企业成长路径中的重要中介。Liability of newness and liability of smallness and resource constraint require technology-based start-ups to seek needed resource from outside resource providers.Yet extant literature emphasizes direct effect between resource orchestration and growth,failing to depict the mechanism of resource orchestration leading to growth from co-evolution perspective of resource base and entrepreneurial capability.Drawing on the resource orchestration theory,the co-evolution of resource base and entrepreneurial capability is analyzed from process and dynamic perspective,and the theoretical model of"resource orchestration-entrepreneurial capability-growth"is constructed.By conducting exploratory multi-case study,the main findings of this paper are obtained as follows:(1)Start-up growth is accompanied by the co-evolution of resource base and entrepreneurial capability,and resource orchestration as an important driving factor runs through.(2)Resource orchestration and its sub processes play different roles in different stages of initial growing period,which can directly or indirectly lead to growth.(3)Resource orchestration plays an indirect role in start-up growth by triggering the formation and promotion of entrepreneurial capability,which is an important mediator in the growth path of start-ups driven by resource orchestration.
