摘　　要：随着高校实施校院两级管理模式体制改革以来,研究生秘书成为研究生教育管理工作的主力军,是连接研究生院与二级学院、研究生导师与研究生之间的重要桥梁。研究生秘书工作质量的高低直接影响高校各学院研究生管理水平的优劣。该文提出加强研究生秘书团队建设,形成团队成长路径,提高研究生秘书队伍的整体素质,以保障学位与研究生教育的有效运行,实现高等教育的内涵式发展。With the implementation of the two-level management system reform in colleges and universities,the graduate secretary has become the main force of graduate education management,an important hub between the graduate school and secondary schools,graduate tutors and graduate students,and a specific executor of graduate education management.The quality of graduate secretary work directly affects the level of graduate management in colleges and universities.In order to ensure the effective operation of degree and graduate education and realize the connotative development of higher education,this paper focuses on strengthening the construction of the graduate secretary team,forming a team growth path,and improving the overall quality of the graduate secretary team.
