摘 要:为提高发明问题解决理论所产生的创新设计方案的评价效率,运用思维流程中的未来现实树进行预测评价定性分析,利用目标树确定评价指标因素,并用离差最大化方法进行效益量化,结合成本核算并通过四象限评价法得出成本低、效益好的最佳方案,综合上述分析,通过3次评价与选择,构造出创新设计方案综合评价模型。对解决动车组前端模块组装效率低的创新设计方案进行评价,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,为创新设计方案的选择提供了一种通用可行的评价方法。To improve the evaluation efficiency for innovative solutions generated by theory of invention problem solving,used the Future Reality Tree(FRT)in the Thinking Process(TP)to conduct qualitative analysis of forecasting and evaluation,while used the Goal Tree(GT)to determine the index factors of objective evaluation of different systems,and used the method of maximizing dispersion to quantify the benefits,combined cost accounting with the four-quadrant evaluation method,the best scheme for low cost and high efficiency was obtained.Combining the above analyses,the innovative design scheme comprehensive evaluation process model was constructed through three level evaluations and selections.Finally,the improvement of the efficiency of the front-end installation of the G-series high speed trains was evaluated,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified.The common and feasible evaluation method for the selection of innovative design schemes was provided.
