摘 要:工程中零件残缺部位数据的重构是修复工作的关键,因残缺3D形貌高度的不可控性与不稳定性,难以通过常规测量手段获取,为解决残缺部位数据获取的难题,提出了一种基于正逆向混合建模软件Geomajic Spark的正逆向混合建模重构残缺部位数模的方法。以残缺涡轮为例,利用扫描仪获取点云数据,通过逆向点云处理软件Geomajic Studio进行点云处理、在Geomajic Spark软件中拟合特征、绘制轮廓,导入逆向校核软件Geomajic Qualify中进行误差分析比对和布尔运算操作,获得残缺部位数据;通过增材制造路径轨迹模拟及残缺部位打印成型的方式,对残缺模型与待修复零件进行贴合,验证了逆向工程辅助下的正逆向混合设计在获取零件残缺部位数模及增材制造技术的可行性与准确性。The cloud data of the damged data is the key of the repair work.Due to the high uncontrollability and instability of the damaged 3D morphology,it is difficult to obtain by conventional measurement methods.In order to solve the problem of data acquisition for damaged parts,a method of Geomajic Spark for forward and reverse hybrid modeling was proposed.In the case of damaged impeller,The scanner was used to obtain point cloud data.The damaged position data was obtained through point cloud processing of Geomajic Studio,fitting features and drawing contours of Geomajic Spark,error analysis and boolean operation of Geomajic Qualify.Through the path simulation of additive manufacturing and the printing of incomplete parts,and the damaged model was fitted with the parts to be repaired,which verified the feasibility and accuracy of the forward and reverse hybrid design assisted by reverse engineering in obtaining the mathematical model of the parts to be damaged and the additive manufacturing.
