《中华汉英大词典》酒文化例证收录特点研究

摘　　要：汉英词典中的酒文化例证具有承载和传播中华酒文化信息的功能。《中华汉英大词典》被誉为中华文化的集大成之作,其在词目例证选择上具有古今兼收、源流并重的特点,堪称酒文化的优秀传播使者。文章以《中华汉英大词典(上)》J字部酒文化词目的文化例证为考察对象,探索其酒文化例证收录特点。研究发现:该词典重视例证的文化信息负载功能、酒文化类别上凸显精神文化以及来源上引经据典,最后在此基础上阐述了其文化例证收录特点对今后词典文化词目以及酒类专科词典在例证选择上的启发意义。Wine-culture-loaded examples in Chinese-English dictionaries are capable of carrying and spreading Chinese wine culture.The masterpiece of Chinese culture, the Chinese-English Dictionary, characterized by a collection of both ancient and modern words and examples with emphasis on their origins, is regarded as an excellent messenger of Chinese culture. In this paper, taking the wineculture-loaded examples in part"J"of the Chinese-English Dictionary as the research object, we have explored the characteristics of wine-culture-loaded examples in the Chinese-English Dictionary, finding that: the Chinese-English Dictionary attaches great importance to the cultural-loading function of examples, highlights spiritual culture in the cultural categories, and cites the classics. On this basis, we expounded its inspiration to the inclusion of examples of future Chinese-English dictionaries and alcoholic dictionaries.
