摘　　要：以沙田柚为例,综述其采后商品化处理的技术应用现状,提出提高沙田柚采后经济效益的发展思路。重点探讨了果类分级技术、保鲜技术发展状况以及包装技术的重要作用,通过对现有水果采后商品化处理技术的综述分析,提出针对沙田柚采后商品化处理技术选择的参考建议,并对沙田柚商品化处理技术的发展方向进行展望。Taking Shatian pomelo as an example,the status of its post-harvest commercialization technology application was reviewed,and the development ideas for improving the economic benefits of Shatian pomelo were proposed.Focused on the development of fruit grading technology,freshkeeping technology and the important role of packaging technology,through a review of the existing post-harvested commercial processing technology of fruits,put forward reference suggestions for the selection of post-harvested commercial processing technology and prospect of the development direction of commercialized treatment technology of Shatian pomelo.
