摘 要:沙坨特大桥主跨为240 m上承式悬臂浇筑钢筋混凝土拱,在同类型桥梁中跨径居全国第一,为解决施工工艺限制问题,该桥采用了斜拉扣挂悬臂浇筑法,并对其结构材料、主拱圈结构形式、施工工艺等进行分析研究,提出该桥拱上建筑采用大悬臂排架,并在斜拉扣挂悬臂浇筑施工拱圈截面中创新性地配置了预应力,且首次采用整体安装主拱圈钢筋,结果加快了施工进度、减小了拱圈截面开裂风险、节约了工程造价,对类似桥梁设计及施工具有借鉴意义。The main span of Shatuo super-large bridge is a 240 m cantilever cast-in-place reinforced concrete arch,which ranks first in the country in the same type of bridge.In order to solve the problem of construction technology limitation,the method of cable-stayed buckle cantilever cast-in-place is adopted.Through the analysis and research of structural materials,main arch ring structural form,construction technology,etc.,large cantilever bent is used in the arch structure,and in the construction of cable-stayed buckle cantilever cast-in-place,the prestressing force is creatively arranged in the arch ring section,and the overall installation is used for the first time for main arch reinforcement.The results show that the project cost can be saved,the construction progress can be accelerated and the risk of arch ring section cracking can be reduced,which can be used for reference in the design and construction of similar bridges.
