摘 要:从传统的手工测量和平面制版到现代的三维人体扫描和虚拟试穿,随着数字技术的引入,服装工业已经迈入了数字化生产的阶段。传统的服装定制也演变成数字化高级定制。为了提高定制服装的合体性及生产效率,基于新增的三维人体测量尺寸,对应样版定制方法及三维虚拟试穿,提出了一种男士衬衫数字化高级定制的方法。该方法能够建立基于真实"人体–服装"系统的数字孪生来准确预测和评价数字化定制男士衬衫的合体性,亦可用于其他类别的定制服装。With the introducing of digital technologies,the apparel industry has entered the stage of digitalized production from the conventional manual measurement and 2D pattern drafting to the contemporary 3D body scanning and virtual try-on.The conventional apparel customization has evolved to the e-bespoke.In order to improve the fit and productivity of customized apparel,the principal approach to e-bespoke men’s shirt generating was proposed on the basis of the new 3D scanned body measurements,the corresponding method of pattern drafting and 3D virtual try-on.This method is able to establish a digital twin of the real system“body-apparel”for accurately predicting and evaluating the fit state of an e-bespoke men’s shirt,which can also be utilized for the other categories of customized apparel.
