摘  要:以绿豆为研究对象,利用同位素10B水培盆栽试验,筛选促进绿豆生长的缺硼浓度,探明缺硼绿豆侧芽生长所需硼的来源及叶面供给山梨糖醇和10B对硼在植物体内运输的影响。结果表明:绿豆生长侧芽在0.2μmol·L-1硼水平下生长最好,侧芽正常生长需要硼供给,侧芽中的硼来源于植物体内硼的再利用,而不是生长介质;供给绿豆成熟叶片涂山梨糖醇和10B溶液时,处理的成熟叶片中的山梨糖醇含量和新生叶片10B的丰度明显增加,山梨糖醇能够与硼结合促进其在植物体内的运输。With Phaseolus aureus as test material,the hydroponic pot experiment using isotope 10B was used to filter the concentration of boron deficiency that promoted the auxiliary bud growth of Phaseolus aureus,and the source of boron needed for the auxiliary buds growth of the of boron-deficient Phaseolus aureus and effect of the foliar supply of sorbitol and 10B liquid on boron transport in the plant were studied.The results showed that the growth of Phaseolus aureus auxiliary buds grew best while the boron level was 0.2μmol·L-1.The normal growth of auxiliary buds required boron supply.The boron in the auxiliary buds originated from the boron reuse in the plant,not the growth medium;the mature leaves of Phaseolus aureus were coated with sorbitol and 10B solution,the sorbitol content in the treated leaves and the abundance of the new leaves 10B increased significantly,sorbitol can be absorbed by Phaseolus aureus and could be combined with boron to promote its transport in plants.
