摘 要:商合杭铁路裕溪河特大桥是主跨324 m的双塔钢箱桁梁斜拉桥,也是我国在建的最大跨度无砟轨道斜拉桥。裕溪河特大桥无砟轨道的施工过程中需精确掌握桥面高程的理论变化,以便高精度铺就CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道板。本文主要研究了无砟轨道桥面线形的拟合问题,通过对比多种拟合方法,提出高次多项式拟合法可以很好的解决该工程问题,该方法的创立为今后项目中拟合大跨度无砟轨道桥面线形的做法提供了相关参考。TheYuxi River Super Bridge on the Shanghehang Railway is a double-tower steel box truss cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 324 m.It is also the largest span cable-stayed bridge with ballastless track under construction in China.During the construction of the ballastless track of the Yuxihe Extra Large Bridge,the theoretical changes in the elevation of the bridge deck must be accurately grasped in order to lay the CRTSⅢslab ballastless track slab with high accuracy.This paper mainly studies the fitting of ballastless bridge deck line shape.By comparing multiple fitting methods,a high-order polynomial fitting method is proposed to solve the engineering problem.The establishment of this method is to fit large spans in future projects.The practice of ballastless bridge deck alignment provides relevant references.
