摘　　要：在烤鱼产品多元化发展的过程中,其质量安全问题引发了广泛重视。本文就烤鱼产品发展背景、烤鱼的安全现状进行分析,结合烤鱼产业绿色发展趋势,提出烤鱼发展前景及品质评价意义。In the diversified development of grilled fish products,the quality and safety problems of grilled fish products have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,the development background of grilled fish products and the safety status of grilled fish were analyzed.Combined with the green development trend of grilled fish industry,the development prospect and quality evaluation significance of grilled fish were put forward.
