摘  要:在食品安全保障措施中,食品理化检验法是一种广泛应用的方式,实际应用价值相当高。本文主要分析了食品理化检验中的样品前处理方法,具体包括微波萃取法、微波消解法、色谱分离法、固相萃取法、蒸馏法、化学分离法和超临界流体萃取技术。另外本文还对食品理化检验和样品前处理的特征以及食品理化检验中样品进行预处理的重要作用进行了研究分析。In the food safety safeguard measures,the food physical and chemical inspection method is a kind of inspection method widely used in the food safety inspection,and its practical application value is quite high.This paper mainly analyzes the methods of sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical examination,including microwave extraction,microwave digestion,chromatography,solid phase extraction,distillation,chemical separation and supercritical fluid extraction.In addition,the concept and characteristics of“food physical and chemical inspection”and“sample pretreatment”as well as the important role of food sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical inspection were analyzed.
