摘　　要：资源库的功能定位是“能学、辅教”,提高专业人才培养质量。本文从高职学生角度出发,分析了高职学生对资源库的需求情况,探讨了石油化工技术专业教学资源库在建设和应用中存在的问题,提出了以学生需求为中心,从开发多种形式教学资源,改革教育教学模式,强化师资队伍建设等方面优化资源库建设及应用,更好的发挥资源库的作用,提升高职教育的社会服务能力。The function of the resource database is to“learn and assist teaching”to improve the quality of personnel professional training.From the perspective of higher vocational students,the demand of higher vocational students for resource database was analyzed,the problems existing in the construction and application of teaching resource database for petrochemical technology specialty were discussed,and the optimization of the construction and application of resource database was put forward from the aspects of developing various teaching resources,reforming teaching mode,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,etc.,focusing on the needs of students.We should give full play to the role of resource database and improve the social service ability of higher vocational education.
