高校生化实验室安全管理体系探析

摘　　要：高校生化实验室涉及的安全问题种类繁多、安全事故影响巨大。而高校实验室普遍面临管理体制与机制不完善、责任体系不健全、安全意识淡薄、实验人员力量薄弱等问题,使得高校生化实验室安全管理工作面临重重困难与挑战。本文从仪器管理、废弃物处理、实验人员持证上岗以及实验室定期检查入手,推进实验室安全管理程序化、制度化,促进高校生化实验室安全管理工作的有序开展,营造安全的生化教学科研环境。There are many kinds of safety problems involved in biochemical laboratories in colleges and universities,which could lead to serious safety incidents.Specifically,university laboratories are generally faced with many problems,such as imperfect management system,defective responsibility mechanism,weak safety consciousness and inadequate capability of experimental technicians,which cause more difficulties and challenges in the safety management.To solve the above problems,based on the illustrations of instrument management,waste disposal,experimental technicians holding certificates and periodic laboratory inspections,the standardization and institutionalization of safety management were promoted,and the orderly development in college biochemical laboratories was facilitated,so as to create a safe teaching and researching environment.
