摘  要:为研究室温贮藏、简易气调贮藏和涂膜贮藏对苹果柚采后生理及贮藏效果的影响,检测3种不同贮藏方式对苹果柚失重率、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、丙二醛含量和过氧化氢酶活性的影响,分析贮藏期间这些指标的变化。与室温贮藏相比,简易气调贮藏和涂膜贮藏能减少失重、延缓可滴定酸和维生素C含量的下降、降低丙二醛含量和提高过氧化氢酶活性。综合检测的各项指标,涂膜贮藏方式对苹果柚的贮藏效果要优于室温贮藏和简易气调贮藏,这表明涂膜贮藏更适合苹果柚的长期贮藏。The effects of different storage methods on postharvest physiology and storage quality of apple pomelo were studied.The apple pomelo were treated with room temperature storage,simple atmosphere storage and film storage.The weight loss rate,soluble solids,soluble sugar,titratable acidity,vitamin C and malondialdehyde contents and catalase activity of apple pomelo were detecteds.The changes of these indicators during storage were analyzed to study the effects of storage methods on the apple pomelo.The results showed that simple atmosphere storage and coating storage could effectively retard on weight loss rate dropped,restrained titratable acidity and vitamin C,reducing total soluble solids and soluble sugar contents decreased,delayed enzyme catalase activity,delayed the increase of malondialdehyde content.The storage effects of apple pomelo by coating storage method was better than that of normal temperature storage and simple atmosphere storage.
