针刺疗法联合脑卒中单元综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用针刺疗法联合脑卒中单元综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的效果。方法:将2017年2月至2019年2月期间四川省遂宁市第一人民医院收治的86例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗Ⅰ组(43例)和治疗Ⅱ组(43例)。为两组患者均使用脑卒中单元综合康复疗法进行治疗。在此基础上,为治疗Ⅰ组患者使用针刺疗法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果及吞咽功能评分。结果:治疗后,治疗Ⅰ组患者治疗的总有效率及吞咽功能评分均高于治疗Ⅱ组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用针刺疗法联合脑卒中单元综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的效果显著,可有效地提高患者的吞咽功能。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with stroke unit comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:during February 2017 to February 2019,the first people’s hospital of suining city,sichuan province,86 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatmentⅠⅡ(43 cases)and treatment group(43 cases).Patients in both groups were treated with stroke unit comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.On this basis,to treatⅠgroup of patients treated with acupuncture.Then the therapeutic effect and swallowing function score of the two groups were observed.Ⅰresults:after treatment,the treatment group total effective rate of treatment and swallowing functionⅡscore were higher than treatment group of patients,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of stroke unit is effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,and can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients.
