直丝弓矫正技术治疗替牙期牙齿畸形的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对替牙期牙齿畸形患儿使用直丝弓矫正技术进行治疗的效果。方法:将2017年8月至2019年8月期间杭州西湖儿童口腔医院收治的70例替牙期牙齿畸形患儿作为研究对象。将这70例患儿随机分为A组和B组,每组各有35例患儿。对A组患儿使用方丝弓矫正技术进行治疗,对B组患儿使用直丝弓矫正技术进行治疗。然后,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能及语言功能的评分。结果:接受治疗后,与A组患儿相比,B组患儿治疗的总有效率、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能及语言功能的评分均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对替牙期牙齿畸形患儿使用直丝弓矫正技术进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其牙齿的功能。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of orthodontic orthodontic technique in children with dental malformation during dental replacement.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,70 children with dental deformities in replacement stage admitted to Hangzhou Xihu Children’s Stomatological Hospital were studied.These 70 children were randomly divided into group A and Group B,with 35 children in each group.The children in group A were treated with square wire arch correction technique,and the children in group B were treated with straight wire arch correction technique.Then,the clinical efficacy,masticatory function,swallowing function and language function scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,masticatory function,swallowing function and language function of the children in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthodontic orthodontic technique is effective in the treatment of orthodontic malformations in children with dental replacement,and can effectively improve the function of teeth.
