种植修复法与残根保存修复法治疗牙齿缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:比较使用种植修复法与残根保存修复法治疗牙齿缺损的效果。方法:将2017年9月22日至2018年9月22日期间某医院收治的120例牙齿缺损患者根据抓阄法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。为对照组患者使用残根保存修复法进行治疗,为观察组患者使用种植修复法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者牙列缺损修复评分表的评分、牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果:治疗后,观察组患者牙列缺损修复评分表中的固位程度评分、咀嚼功能评分、舒适度评分及美观度评分均高于对照组患者,其PLI、GI及SBI均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:与使用残根修复法相比,使用种植修复法治疗牙齿缺损可获得更好的修复效果,更有利于维持患者的牙周健康。Objective:To compare the efficacy of implant restoration and residual root preservation in the treatment of tooth defects.Methods:120 patients with tooth defects admitted to a hospital on September 22,2017 and September 22,2018 were divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases)by drawing lots.Patients in the control group were treated with residual root preservation and repair,while patients in the observation group were treated with implant repair.Then,the dental plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)and gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI)of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the retention degree score,masticatory function score,comfort score and aesthetic score of the patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and PLI,GI and SBI were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the use of residual root repair,the use of implant repair for dental defects can achieve better results,and is more beneficial to m aintain the periodontal health of patients.
