对500例高龄孕妇产前羊水染色体检查结果的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对500例高龄孕妇进行产前羊水染色体检查的结果。方法:将在南京市鼓楼医院进行产前羊水染色体检查的500例高龄孕妇作为研究对象。对这些孕妇均进行产前羊水染色体检查,然后观察并统计其胎儿染色体异常的检出率。同时根据这些孕妇的年龄将其分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,比较三组孕妇胎儿染色体异常的检出率。结果:对这500例孕妇进行产前羊水染色体检查共发现28例染色体异常的胎儿,其胎儿染色体异常的检出率为5.6%。在这28例染色体异常的胎儿中,染色体数目异常的胎儿有21例(占75%),染色体结构异常的胎儿有7例(占25%)。Ⅲ组孕妇胎儿染色体异常的检出率高于Ⅱ组孕妇和Ⅰ组孕妇,P<0.05。Ⅱ组孕妇胎儿染色体异常的检出率高于Ⅰ组孕妇,P<0.05。结论:高龄孕妇胎儿染色体异常的发生率较高,其胎儿染色体数目异常的发生率高于染色体结构异常的发生率。年龄越大的孕妇其胎儿染色体异常的发生率越高。Objective:To analyze the results of prenatal amniotic fluid chromosome examination in 500 elderly pregnant women.Methods:A total of 500 elderly pregnant women who underwent prenatal amniotic fluid chromosome examination in Gulou Hospital of Nanjing city were studied.Prenatal amniotic fluid chromosome examination was performed in these pregnant women,and then the detection rate of fetal chromosome abnormality was observed and counted.According to the age of the pregnant women at the same time it can be divided intoⅠ,Ⅱgroups andⅢgroup,compare the three groups of pregnant women the detection rate of fetal chromosomal abnormalities.Results:The prenatal amniotic fluid chromosome examination of the 500 pregnant women found 28 fetuses with chromosome abnormality,and the detection rate of fetal chromosome abnormality was 5.6%.Of the 28 fetuses with abnormal chromosome number,21(75%)and 7(25%)had abnormal chromosome structure.Ⅲgroup of pregnant women detection rate is higher thanⅡgroup of pregnant women and fetal chromosomal abnormalitiesⅠgroup of pregnant women,P<0.05.Ⅱgroup of pregnant women fetal chromosomal anomaly detection rate is higher thanⅠgroup of pregnant women,P<0.05.Conclusion:The incidence of fetal chromosome abnormality is higher in elderly pregnant women,and the incidence of fetal chromosome number abnormality is higher than that of chromosome structure abnormality.The older the pregnant woman,the higher the incidence of fetal chr omosomal abnormalities.
