摘　　要：海洋高新技术企业是海洋经济的核心优势企业和发展海洋高新技术产业的重要载体,对支撑产业技术创新、促进海洋产业结构调整和加快海洋经济高质量发展起着关键性作用。本文依据海洋产业有关标准,梳理汇总2015~2017年山东省主要海洋产业高新技术企业的基本情况,研究发现山东省海洋高新技术产业集聚发展趋势明显,海陆统筹特征较为显著,但高新技术企业的自主创新能力、成果转化能力等仍有待提升,在此基础上提出在海洋强省背景下山东省海洋高新技术企业发展的对策建议,例如提升现代海洋产业科技供给,布局建设海洋特色科技园区。Marine high-tech enterprises are the core advantage enterprises of marine economy and the important carrier of marine high-tech industry development.They play a key role in supporting industrial technological innovation,promoting the adjustment of marine industrial structure and accelerating the high-quality development of marine economy.According to ocean industries related standards,we summarized the basic situation of major ocean industries high-tech enterprises in shandong province from 2015 to 2017.This paper found that the development trend of marine high-tech industry agglomeration in Shandong,overall characteristics of the land and sea is significant,but the high and new technology enterprise of independent innovation ability,achievement transformation ability remains to be promoted.Based on the above research,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Marine high-tech enterprises,for example,to improve the layout of modern Marine industry science and technology supply,and to build Marine characteristic science and technology area.
