摘  要:为解决陇县烟区烟叶成熟期干旱条件下中烟202上部烟叶不易烘烤的问题,通过改变变黄后期和定色后期的湿球温度和烘烤时间,对上部烟叶烘烤工艺进行了优化。结果表明,适当提高变黄后期与定色前期的湿球温度,协调烘烤时间,可提高烤后烟叶中上等烟比例、均价,改善烟叶外观质量,提高单叶重,使烟叶化学成分协调。总体上,改进后的烟叶烘烤工艺提高了上部烟叶烘烤质量和可用性。In order to solve the problem that the upper tobacco leaves of Zhongyan 202 were not easy to bake under the drought condition in the mature stage of tobacco leaves in Longxian tobacco area, using the method of changing the wet bulb temperature and curing time at late yellowing stage and late color fixation stage, the curing technology of upper tobacco leaves was optimized. The results showed that appropriately increasing the wet bulb temperature in the later stage of yellowing and the early stage of fixation, and coordinating the curing time, the proportion of medium-high quality tobacco and the average price were increased, the appearance quality of tobacco leaves was improved, the weight of single leaf was increased, the chemical composition of the tobacco leaves was coordinated. Overall, the baking quantity and availability of upper leaves were improved by the optimized baking process.
