摘　　要：随着医疗技术进步、胸部微创手术不断发展,电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)因治疗肺癌具有创伤小、切口小、疼痛较轻、恢复快等优点而在临床广泛应用,其治疗有效性已经获得医师与患者认可,成为诊疗肺癌主要手段之一。With the development of medical technology and minimally invasive thoracic surgery,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)has been widely used in the treatment of lung cancer because of its advantages of small trauma,small incision,less pain and quick recovery.Its therapeutic effectiveness has been recognized by doctors and patients,and has become one of the main means of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
