摘  要:对比现有高纤维填充EPDM绝热层开炼工艺,考察不同试验条件下密炼工艺对EPDM绝热层各项性能的影响。结果表明,采用密炼工艺生产EPDM绝热层,与开炼工艺性能水平相当;生产效率得到大幅提高;对绝热层使用性能无明显影响。Comparing with open mill mixing technology of EPDM insulation filled with high fiber, the effects of mixing technology of internal mixer on the properties of EPDM insulation under different test conditions were investigated. The results were showed that the properties of EPDM insulation produced by mixing technology of internal mixer were equally matched with the properties of EPDM insulation produced by open mill mixing technology. The production efficiency was greatly improved, and there was no obvious influence on the performance of insulation.
