有机酸消毒液和聚维酮碘溶液的体外溶血作用分析

摘　　要：以有机酸消毒液和聚维酮碘溶液为受试物,研究其体外溶血作用,评价其潜在溶血风险,为动物临床用药安全性提供参考。采用紫外分光光度计法,以大白兔红细胞为实验对象,分别评价聚维酮碘溶液和有机酸消毒液体外溶血作用。聚维酮碘溶液质量浓度为5%(有效碘浓度为5.0 g/L)时,溶血率为1.364%,L50/DI值为151.71%,表明该产品在原液使用时无溶血作用且无刺激性。有机酸消毒液质量浓度为2%(总酸量浓度为20.0g/L)时,溶血率为4.896%,L50/DI值为185.95%,表明该产品在3倍稀释使用时无溶血作用且无刺激性。有机酸消毒液和聚维酮碘溶液按照使用说明浓度使用时,其溶血率分别为1.364%和4.896%,表明两种兽用消毒剂按照使用说明正常使用时无溶血作用或溶血作用非常弱,临床使用时潜在溶血风险较小。In order to evaluatethe potential hemolysis risks,providing a reference for the safety of clinical drugs,organic acid disinfectant andpovidone iodine solutionare used as test materials to study the hemolysis in vitro.Taking the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometer as well as the red blood cells of large white rabbits as experimental object,povidone iodine solution and organic acid disinfectant in vitro hemolysis are evaluated respectively.When the concentration of povidoneiodine solution is 5%(effective iodine concentration is 5.0g/L),the hemolysis rate is 1.364%,and the L50/DI value is 151.71%,itindicates that the product have no hemolysis and no irritation when the stock solution being used.When the mass concentration of organic acid disinfectant is 2%(total acid concentration is 20.0g/L),the hemolysis rate is 4.896%,and the L-50/DI va lue is 185.95%,itindicates that the product has no hemolysis and no irritating under the condition of triple dilution.As long as theorganic acid disinfectant andpovidone iodine solutionare used following the instructions,the hemolysis rate is 1.364%and 4.896%respectively,indicating that theveterinary disinfectanthave no hemolysis or weak hemolysis during normal use according to the instructions,alsothey have small potential risk in clinical use.
