基于信息化管理“三创”人才培养的“54321”牧医专业实训体系的探索与实践

摘　　要：基于教育部职业技术教育中心研究所《现代畜牧行业人才需求与职业院校专业设置指导报告》项目,依托校企合作企业,结合学院实际和专业特点,将专业实训体系与创新创业教育体系有机融合,创建了5个方向的创业孵化平台,创新性构建了专业通用技能、单项技能、专项技能和综合技能4层次的实训体系,创新性实训体系与创新创业教育体系有机融合的3段渐进式实训模式,实施了校企双重指导、双重管理、线上线下混合式信息化管理,建立了一体化、一站式服务机制,探索和实践了“54321”专业实训体系。Based on the project of“guidelines for the requirements of modern livestock industry talents and professional settings in vocational colleges”by the institute of vocational and technical education center of the ministry of education,relying on school-enterprise cooperative enterprises and combining the actual and professional characteristics of the college,the professional training system and the innovation and entrepreneurship education system were organic integration,created an entrepreneurial incubation platform in 5 directions,innovatively built a 4-level training system of professional general skills,single skills,special skills and comprehensive skills.The progressive training model had implemented dual guidance,dual management,and online and offline information management of schools and enterprises,established an integrated,one-stop service mechanism,and explored and practiced the“54321”professional training system.
