摘  要:目的:研究阴地蕨提取物对大鼠肝脏组织内SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活力以及对大鼠力竭运动时间的影响,证实中药材阴地蕨提取物的抗氧化性能及抗疲劳性能。方法:将24只小鼠静置饲养一周后分为安静组、运动组、运动加药组,除去安静组其余两组均进行7周电动跑台实验,记录实验数据,摘取小鼠肝组织制取匀浆,通过试剂盒检测SOD活力。结果:运动加药组小鼠力竭时间远大于运动组,且运动加药组小鼠肝组织内SOD活力远大于运动组。结论:阴地蕨提取物具有抗氧化性以及抗疲劳性能。Objective:To study the effects of the extracts of Pteridophyta on the activity of superoxide dismutase in rat liver and on the exercise time of rats.Methods:24 mice were kept for one week and then divided into quiet group,exercise group and exercise dosing group.The experiment data were recorded and homogenate was extracted from mouse liver.RESULTS:The exhaustion time of mice in exercise dosing group was much longer than that in exercise dosing group,and the SOD activity in liver tissue of mice in exercise dosing group was far higher than that in exercise dosing group in the exercise group.Conclusion:The extracts of Pteridophyta have anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue properties.
