摘  要:颠茄是一种茄科颠茄属多年生草本植物,全草可入药,是民间传统的药用植物,全株富含托品烷类生物碱,临床主要用于治疗麻痹症、晕动症、胃肠痉挛性绞痛和三叉神经痛等症。但颠茄自然繁殖受限因素多,现存野生种群较少,且野生颠茄中托品烷类生物碱含量很低。本文主要介绍了在颠茄托品烷类生物碱合成途径中关键研究概况,以期为后人利用基因工程技术获取高产托品烷类生物碱提供参考,解决托品烷类生物碱含量低的问题。Belladonna is a kind of perennial herb of Solanaceae and belladonna.The whole plant can be used as medicine.It is a traditional folk medicine plant,and the whole plant is rich in tropine alkaloids.It is mainly used to treat paralysis,motion sickness,gastrointestinal spasm colic and trigeminal neuralgia.However,there are many limited factors in the natural reproduction of belladonna,few existing wild populations,and the content of tropine alkaloids in wild belladonna is very low.This paper mainly introduces the research situation of the key enzyme pmt and its gene in the synthesis pathway of belladonna tropine alkaloids,in order to obtain high-yield tropine alkaloids and solve the problem of low content of tropine alkaloids for future generations by using genetic engineering technology.
