摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,大学生心理支持面临着学生放寒假后行踪难以把握,受疫情影响心理状况不明,对心理援助存在阻碍因素,心理问题复杂性及多样性等挑战。高校大学生心理支持的对策包括:多渠道追踪到每一位学生的动态,确定重点对象第一时间开展心理关怀;通过心理健康教育体系开展全体学生的心理状况排查,分等级开展心理支持;开通多渠道的线上心理支持服务;做好科普宣传工作,开展线上朋辈互助小组活动。Psychological support for during COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period is difficult for students to follow after their winter vacation.The psychological condition of the affected students is not clear,and there are obstacles to psychological assistance,psychological problems,complexity and diversity.The countermeasures of college students′psychological support include:tracking every student′s dynamic through multiple channels,determining the key objects to carry out psychological care at the first time;carrying out the psychological status investigation of all students through the mental health education system and carrying out psychological support by grades;opening multi-channel online psychological support services;doing a good job in science popularization and carrying out online peer support group activities.
