摘  要:导师作为第一责任人,在研究生教育中起着至关重要的作用。结合指导工程专业学位研究生的经验,综合考虑五结构、三能力、两经历,构建了基于“1+1+M+N”混联模式的专业学位硕士研究生导师队伍,制定了考核内容多元化、考核对象多层次、考核组成员多维度的混联模式导师队伍管理办法,建立了科教并重、引培并举、校企协同的混联模式导师队伍优化与提升体系,并在实践中取得了较好的效果。As the first responsible person,supervisors play an important role in graduate education.Combined with the experience of guiding engineering degree postgraduates,and considering five structures,three abilities and two experiences,this paper constructs a supervisor team of professional degree postgraduates based on"1+1+M+N"mixed model.The management method of the mixed model supervisor team is formulated,which includes diversified assessment contents,multi-level assessment objects and multi-dimensional assessment group members.In the mixed model,an equal emphasis on science and education,mutual development between guidance and training,and cooperation between school and enterprise are focused and it has achieved good results in practice.
