运用“胆小鬼博弈论”分析良好船艺对改善长江江苏段复杂船舶交通流的重要意义

摘　　要：文中通过对长江江苏段几种典型复杂船舶交通流形态及其成因的研究,探讨《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定(2013)》的局限性,利用博弈论模型论证良好船艺的重要性,分析良好船艺与复杂船舶交通流成因的内在联系,提出出台《长江江苏段良好船艺导则》以及复杂船舶交通流通航管理的对策和建议。Based on a study of several patterns of typical and complex ship traffic flow and the causes in Jiangsu section of Yangtze River,the paper probes into the limitations of the Ship’s Routing System in Jiangsu Section of Yangtze River(2013).It demonstrates the importance of good seamanship with the game theory model through analyzing the inner connection between the good seamanship and the causes for complex ship traffic flow,and proposes the development of guidelines on good seamanship for Jiangsu section of Yangtze River as well as the countermeasures and suggestions on the control of ship traffic flow.
