摘 要:为了探究大规模灾害救援初期物资不足、运输能力有限情况下的应急物资调度问题,引入需求迫切度和满意度的概念,构建了多储备点、多受灾点的多种物资的调度模型,以最大化受灾点平均满意度和最小化运输路径长度为目标,并采用双蚁群算法对模型求解。案例仿真实验表明,该模型在保障受灾点的基本物资需求,且优先供给需求迫切度高的受灾点的前提下,得到了有效的物资调度方案,为决策者制定救灾策略提供了参考。To solve the problems in emergency material supply in early stage of large-scale disaster,such as material shortage and limited transportation capacity,concepts of demand urgency and satisfaction were introduced,the dispatch model of multi-reserve point and multi-disaster point was constructed in two-ant group algorithm,with which the average satisfaction of the disaster point was maximized and the length of the transportation route minimized.In addition,a case simulation experiment was conducted.The results show that under the premise of meeting basic material demand for the disaster site in high priority,material dispatch is effective,which provides a reference to the disaster relief strategy for decision makers.
