摘  要:电动汽车自动分电器筒体为A356铝合金材质,采用压铸工艺生产。本文利用CAE技术对筒体初始压铸工艺进行了计算,基于计算结果对浇注系统及溢流排气系统进行了优化。结果表明,优化方案解决了初始方案中存在的充型紊流和卷气问题。同时进行了铸造试验,试验的筒体铸件轮廓清晰无缺陷,一次获得合格铸件。Electromobile automatic distributor cylinder body is A356 aluminum alloy material,which is produced by die casting process.The initial die casting process of the cylinder body was calculated by CAE technology.The gating system and overflow exhaust system were optimized based on the calculation results.The results show that the optimal scheme solves the problems of filling turbulence and air entrainment in the initial scheme.At the same time,the casting test was carried out,the outline of the tube castings is clear and no defects are found,and the qualified castings are obtained once.
