摘  要:创新创业教育已经成为高职院校人才培养的重要途径。随着我国经济的发展,社会对人才教育质量、技术技能、综合素质的需求不断提升。高职院校应当积极转变人才培养理念,改革创新教育体系,优化人才培养模式,培养满足行业产业需求的创新创业型人才。高职院校通过校企合作搭建实践平台建设多元化人才培养体系,调动多方参与主体的资源力量,将学生的专业学习、实训实践与创新创业教育深度融合,培养能够更好服务社会经济发展的高素质复合型创新人才。Innovation and entrepreneurship has now become a part of higher vocational education. In spite of a rapid economic development in China, there is an imbalance between the social demand for the high-quality of professionals with higher vocational educational background. Therefore, vocational colleges should actively improve their educational conceptions, innovate their curriculum, and reform on their teaching mode in order to meet the demand for the highly innovative and entrepreneurial graduates. Thus, a diversified educational system should be set up for school-enterprise cooperation.
