交联剂PSH的合成、表征及在丁基胶塞中的应用

摘　　要：采用两步法制备了一种可用于医用丁基胶塞的交联剂:三嗪二硫醇类交联剂PSH(化学成分为6-二异丙胺基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二硫醇),并利用FT-IR、DSC、HPLC、元素分析等方法对其技术指标及结构进行了分析表征。结果表明,与交联剂DB相比,交联剂PSH具有更好的焦烧安全性和交联效果。A triazine dithiol crosslinking agent PSH,6-diisopropylamino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol,was prepared by two-step method,which could be used as a medical butyl rubber stopper crosslinking agent.Specifications and structure of the target product were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential thermal scanning,high-performance liquid chromatography and elemental analysis.The results showed that the crosslinking agent PSH had better scorch safety and crosslinking effect compared with the crosslinking agent DB.
