摘　　要：自为个体是谋求生活得更好的有意识、有目的、具有独立自主性的主体。自为个体的价值即自为价值,包括实现自我和贡献他者两个方面,但其实现自我是根本性的。自为个体具有绝对价值,而从人性潜质是否得到充分开发、人格是否得到充分发挥、贡献大小等方面看,其价值存在着相对性。自为个体的价值是自为个体的作为与环境影响交互作用的结果,但其作为是决定性的因素。影响自为个体作为的因素很多,从主观方面看主要涉及作为的意识、能力、意志三个层次和健康、实力、德性三个维度的问题。自为个体在价值得到实现时会产生价值感,人们特别关注的是人格魅力感、职业成功感、家庭和美感、社会荣誉感、人际和谐感、个性丰富感、欲望满足感和生活幸福感,生活幸福感是最重要、最宝贵的价值感。Individual-for-himself is a conscious,purposeful and independent subject who seeks a better life.The value of individual-for-himself is value of an individual for himself,including the realization of self and the contribution for others,but the realization of self is fundamental.Individual-for-himself has absolute value,but its value is relative in terms of whether human potential is fully developed,personality is fully developed and his contribution is big or small,etc.The value of individual-for-himself is the result of interaction between individual-for-himself and environmental impact,but his effort is a decisive factor.There are many factors that affect individual’s efforts which mainly involve three levels of consciousness,ability and will as well as three dimensions of health,strength and virtue.Individual-forhimself will have a sense of value when his value is realized,in which people pay special attention to the sense of personal charm,sense of professional success,sense of family harmony,sense of social honor,sense of interpersonal harmony,sense of personal richness,sense of desire satisfaction and sense of life eudemonia.Among these senses,sense of life eudemonia is the most important and valuable sense of value.
